    The home at 2626 Beal Ave, Oakland CA has motion sensor alarms throughout front, side and back of home that alarms at a high decibel, is static, sometimes alarming for five hours straight / static. The alarms are triggered not just be people and animals but wind and grass movement. It is a public nuisance impacting all surrounding neighbors on Beal Ave, Fleming Ave, and Walnut St. for a couple of months. The noise meets the definitions of “Excessivee and annoying noises“ under Oakland Municipal Code Ch. 18, sec 08.18.010 et seq. Surrounding neighbors have already complained to City Council. Please immediately investigate and enforce these egregious code violations.

    Tree Service crew, hired by City of Oakland, cut huge eucalyptus trees down in early February but they never hauled away the large stumps. The tree stumps now sit on a small hill and are sliding down to the street. The location is near the intersection of Westover / Shelterwood and is directly across the street from 6400 Shelterwood Dr.

    I believe the no parking sign should say 6am to 9am because there's a nearby bus stop that picks up between those hours, but not later.

    There are multiple apartment units within 521 west MacArthur Blvd that do not have heat, have collapsing ceilings, electrical that cuts out when it rains, there is also a unit that had an electrical wall fire that partially burnt the ceiling. There is a tarp over part of the hole in the ceiling and exposed infrastructure that has not been fixed. Water and rodents come in and out of this back unit. There is also illegal construction happening at 521 and 501 west MacArthur Blvd. please send city inspectors to both these properties
