Many massive potholes up and down street, around 737 Warfield Ave Oakland. Big chunks of rock and gravel everywhere.

Side walk is completely blocked 24/7 people cannot walk through, people always tell them to move the car but they never do.

My mother is 83 and cannot enter or leave her home through the front door.

There are approx twelve tents in the middle of the park, where children play, where people walk, etc. The encampment is also directly adjacent to Montclair Elementary School. Homeless are defecating etc and this is a public hygiene challenge for pedestrians who have a right to use the park as it is designed to be used. The park is not designed to be used for people to live on it. It is the city's responsibility to find housing for these people so that the park may be used as a park.

This woman has been setting & rummaging through garbage & debris since yesterday. There's been multiple incidents & encampments starting up and this is a very dangerous spot to be setting up shop.

Please have the city remove the items located on grass area, it was in the midddle of the street and residents of 7000 MacArthur have moved it to neighbors area. It looks like it’s bedsheets with additional items.
Please also remove the mattress.

The home at 2626 Beal Ave, Oakland CA has motion sensor alarms throughout front, side and back of home that alarms at a high decibel, is static, sometimes alarming for five hours straight / static. The alarms are triggered not just be people and animals but wind and grass movement. It is a public nuisance impacting all surrounding neighbors on Beal Ave, Fleming Ave, and Walnut St. for a couple of months. The noise meets the definitions of “Excessivee and annoying noises“ under Oakland Municipal Code Ch. 18, sec 08.18.010 et seq. Surrounding neighbors have already complained to City Council. Please immediately investigate and enforce these egregious code violations.
