Description
The vacant lot at the corner of 28th and Market has become a dumping area for construction materials, plant matter and trash. The owners dump more trash on the property almost daily. It's primarily dry wood and debris and it's an extreme fire hazard. They also keep chickens here from time to time and so chicken waste is everywhere as well.
