Illegal dumping at this location has been a regular thing. As soon as the city comes and picks up all the trash they come back with piles of garbage . There’s mattress ,tires ,black garbage bags filled, toys , and many more things. Is there any way that there can be a camera installed or bright lights to know who is dumping the garbage so that it can be reported. Please send the city to pick up the garbage it’s getting closer to the parked cars trying to avoid any damage to the cars thank you

Smashed up TV left on corner of Alcatraz & Raymond for weeks

They have been blasting music non stop since yesterday, 04/23/2024 they started around 4pm and stopped past midnight. They started again today 4/24/2024 around 4 pm and it’s still going, the frame on the walls of my house shake from how loud the music is. Went to talk to them twice and they only answer the second time just to tell us that they were having a party Saturday 04/27/2024 and music still hasn’t stopped.

I cannot walk down the sidewalk because the weeds are blocking the entire sidewalk, literally. The weeds ripped my sweater the other day and poked my eyes. We have to walk in the street to pass by this house.

Came home to find someone dumped this giant garbage bag filled with junk on my corner. I don’t have enough space to toss it in my garbage can…

Both sidewalks blocked, tents and large amounts of garbage are in the street which is disrupting traffic.

There are 3 large RVs and 1 smaller RV in the parking lots of the JLAC building. It is becoming a large homeless encampment and I feel very it will only get worse. The East Bay Rowing Club is supposed to hold a rather large regatta there on Sunday, but with these RVs there, we will not have enough parking. Also, we want to show the rowing community how wonderful the City of Oakland is, but this is not the way. We need help to fix this issue ASAP. We love where we row, but it is getting harder to enjoy the area with all of the illegal overnight encampments on the parking lot and the abandoned boats in the estuary. Thank you
