Description
On Willow, between 24th and 26th Streets, there is scattered furniture, garbage, plastic bags full of debris, what look to be large 3 to 5 gallons pails of garbage and scattered papers. This is for the entire block between 24th and 26th. There were grocery carts on Saturday, but today, Monday, they are gone. Debris is on both public and private properties.
