Growing piles of trash along Webster from 36th St to overpass (and beyond). Residents shouldn’t have to continuously ask the city to clean this. Can this be monitored by the city and cleaned when there is dumping like this? Thanks! It is infuriating that this system requires an exact address when I have pinpointed the location as best as possible. All of Webster needs clean up, regardless of your beef with CalTrans!
