Opis

Drivers tend to speed down Van Buren Avenue toward MacArthuer without coming to full stops at the stop signs. This endangers pedestrians and interferes with the flow of traffic, particularly at four-way stop signs. I recommend having law enforcement crack down on drivers who fail to make true stops.
