Description

Trash receptacles were recently upgraded in this park. There are still 4 threaded rod protruding at least 3 inches from the old concrete pedestal. This is a safety hazard especially since many children play in the area.

This concrete base is located 2/3 of the way back on the left hand side when facing into the park from Fruitvale Blvd.
