In December 2021, this rental property's basement flooded during heavy rainstorms. A maintenance contractor brought in a pump and ran it such that it empties onto the sidewalk, creating a river in front of our adjacent home. I asked the property managers to correct this hazard last year. The owner has her own people doing the work, they said. This drain empties so much water that the sidewalk has settled noticably over the last two rain seasons. Please ensure that this safety hazard is corrected.
