A NO RIGHT TURN sign is needed on N/B Grand at MacArthur. There is already a separated right turn lane from Grand onto MacArthur, but more and more drivers skip this lane and illegally turn right directly at the corner, to avoid traffic backups. This puts pedestrians and cyclists in harm's way, since the intersection is not designed for this and visibility is poor - not to mention these drivers are generally trying to beat traffic and rarely slow to turn.
