  Our so called and useless city leaders not only have allowed this insane driving problem but seem to be encouraging it. What is OPD doing???? I have not seen them pull anyone over for years for speeding, reckless driving, inattentive driving, under the influence, no plates or in most cases all of them at the same time. I cannot count how many times I have been passed on double yellow line it is pure insanity. This why Oakland is considered one of the most dangerous cities to drive in.

  The lack of traffic enforcement has allowed the problems such as speeding, reckless driving, running stop signs, etc., to become overwhelming. How's this going change?

  I agree. We desperately need traffic enforcement and also decrease the road to just two lanes. Do we have to wait until there’s a fatality before changes are implemented? I really hope not.
