I work in the 1800 Harrison building and was in the break room around 5pm and happened to see from the windows that 2 kids were playing in the Snow Park by yanking one of the tree branches and jumping up and down from the ground. I didn't see any adults near by but then I saw them parked on 19th street and definitive see what kids were doing, but I didn't think the adults did anything to stop them. I think this will cause hazard and also detrimental to the trees b/c I'm pretty sure what is not the reason why they were planted there in the first place. Just thought I would share it so perhaps signs can be put up.
