Description
Trash is overflowing in the garbage cans along Lakeshore Ave. There's also trash on the grass and along Lakeshore Ave. There was an event the day before on Sunday, 7/21 and the area around Lake Merritt on Lakeshore Ave. was overcrowded, amplified music started in the morning, illegal parking, and people making tire marks on the street, especially on Merritt Ave. I live on Merritt Ave near the Cleveland Cascade. I support organizing these events, but it seems that Lake Merritt on Lakeshore Ave isn't suitable for such high capacity. Also, trash was left behind on the streets, grass, and overflowing out of the trash cans. The event seemed poorly organized and the loud music was disturbing to the residents living in the area. Seeing all the trash left behind is a sign of disrespect to the land of this beautiful city.
