Description

There has been an RV parked off of Porter Sreet @ High Street beside the Grand Gas station for two weeks. And recently a third vehicle/yellow truck with a motorcycle in the back has arrived and has also been parked 4 days now without moving.

There are people living in the RV and they have a big dog that they leave in a crate in the back of one of the trucks that barks all day and night. The RV also has a loud generator that's on most of the day, including throughout the night. I've knocked twice on the door of the RV to ask them to turn the generator off after 10pm, but no one answers when I go. The RV never moves. It has been stationed there, one side on the curb, for two weeks.
