Description

There's graffiti on concrete guardrail supports as well as on concrete banister supports for green safety rails overlooking the lake. There's also graffiti on crash barrels, concrete median wall, traffic mitigation boxes, hand rails, etc. It's a complete disgrace and it's allowed to remain blighted for weeks. This is suppose to be the jewel of Oakland and the City of Oakland allows these graffiti vandals to vandalize everything in sight. This is a slap in the face to all Oakland tax payers who voted to approve the bonds for this project. Please stay on top of this issue.
