Description
Two campers, a pick up truck and a tent have been on Mandela Parkway near West Grand for about 3 weeks. It started with one trailer and has grown. There is a lot of trash piling up around there and there is a red gasoline container near the pickup truck. I've been seeing people pull up on their bikes in front of the trailer. I'm afraid if meth is being produced there.
