Description

Two cars are illegally parked for two or three days. The vehicle owners are living in their vehicles. There are garbage debris and other illegal activity that is going on right now. They do not have a parking permit and might be a generator to use for electrical purposes. The high voltage area where the vehicles are parked is considered a fire hazard at 10805 Foothill Blvd. Oakland, CA 94605. The high voltage area is located across the street from Foothill Square Shopping Mall.
