    Weeds and garbage covering sidewalk. Unable to walk. Lots of rodents living in garbage and weeds. I have had to report this before. Apartment owner leaves this place trashed

    You get a lot of repeats on Thorndale Drive issues that never get repaired. I would highly suggest the Sweet Brooms all along the road get removed as they are taking up about a 3rd of the road along the down side of Thorndale. The road is only 1 way traffic in many sections. Sweet Broom will continually shed seeds every year. You make them remove all sweet broom from our properties. What about Oakland's Roads' responsibilities. You can't see the edge of the road anymore.

    Garden from Ten Masonic Place is overgrowing the street at 5550 Proctor Avenue. It's fine if no traffic is coming the other direction, but if you are heading North on Proctor, you need to pull into the Southbound lanes to avoid scratching your car.

    Extremely large Eucalyptus tree at the corner of 39th Ave and Carrington ST (caddy-corner to a school). Hangs over half the street. Eucalyptus tree has very shallow roots and very concerned of it falling or branches breaking and falling during next storm.
